1. VELA to VELA account: Initiate a call by selecting the desired contact from your VELA account.
2. VELA account to GSM call: Enter the recipient's phone number in the designated field and initiate the call. The recipient will receive a regular phone call.

What is the process for initiating a video call?

Initiate video calls through the desktop or mobile application by clicking the "Video Call" button in the top left corner of the user's profile.

Do video and audio calls utilize encryption protocols?

 All video and audio calls are protected by end-to-end encryption.
